Day One of Camp

1:00 PM - 3:00 PM | Check-in Registration
3:00 PM | Session 1
7:00 PM | Session 2

Train to Win Daily Schedule Blocks

8:00 - 9:00 AM | New Technique Instruction
9:15 -10:00 AM | Breakfast
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM | Drilling Technique
12:45 - 1:30 PM | Lunch
3:00 - 4:30 PM | Sparring, Situational Drilling, Live Wrestling
4:45 - 5:30 PM | Dinner
7:00 - 8:00 PM | Conditioning, Strength, Mindset, or Video Review
9:30 PM | Bed Checks & Counselor Journal Reviews
10:30 PM | Lights Out (Anyone out of the building will be expelled from camp!)

Last Day of Camp

8:00 AM | Session 1
11:00 AM | Session 2
12:00 PM - 2:00 PM | Camper Check Out
